For Drywall repairs: All repairs will be guaranteed for a period of One Year, except in the cases listed here - 1) cracks above doors. 2) water damaged areas. These areas rely on the leak repair. 3) Structural problems.

For All painting: All painting will be guaranteed for a period of Two Years to be free of defects such as fading, peeling, chalking and discoloring.

For All Venetian Plaster: Venetian Plaster will be guaranteed for a period of Two Years to be free of defects such as fading, peeling, chalking and discoloring.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, problems caused by water damage, structural problems, settling of the building or problems caused by excessive cleaning of surface.

Qualified guarantees in the Chicagoland Area will be handled free of charge. Outside Chicago, our Client will pay travel expenses.
